At Dominique Saint Paul, every product is handcrafted using genuine leather and traditional finishing techniques. Each piece is unique and may display natural variations that reflect the character of the material and craftsmanship.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and fair after-sales support in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be considered only in the following cases:

1.1 Manufacturing Defects or Damage

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon delivery, customers must notify Dominique Saint Paul within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Upon inspection and confirmation, Dominique Saint Paul will, at its discretion, offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, remake, or exchange, depending on the nature of the case.

1.2 Incorrect Product

If a customer receives an incorrect product compared to the confirmed order, notification must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
An exchange or corrective solution will be arranged once verification is completed.

2. Handcrafted Leather Characteristics

Dominique Saint Paul products are handcrafted using genuine leather and traditional finishing techniques, including hand-applied patina.

As a result, the following are considered natural characteristics, not defects:

  • Natural grain patterns, surface variations, and texture differences
  • Color variation, patina evolution, or tonal depth changes
  • Minor surface marks inherent to genuine leather

These characteristics are part of the natural behavior of genuine leather and artisanal craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects or misrepresentation.

3. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is determined by Dominique Saint Paul:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale or sample sale items
  • Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery

4. Return & Verification Process

All return or exchange requests must be submitted to Dominique Saint Paul Customer Service with order details and supporting information.

Returned products are subject to inspection and verification by Dominique Saint Paul before any resolution is offered.

Dominique Saint Paul reserves the right to determine the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis, which may include repair, remake, exchange, or other reasonable remedies in accordance with this policy.

5. Shipping Arrangements

Return shipping arrangements and responsibilities will be communicated individually, depending on the nature of the request and the product involved.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. Dominique Saint Paul is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved by Dominique Saint Paul following inspection, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks and card issuers. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product.

7. Policy Authority

This policy applies to all Dominique Saint Paul purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.
