• Our products are handcrafted using genuine leather.
  Color variation, patina development, surface marks, and minor fit tolerance are natural characteristics of handcrafted leather and are not considered defects.
• Approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.
  Refund timing depends on the card issuer and may take an additional 3–5 business days.
