Our artisans have honed their skills over many years, mastering the traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations. They work tirelessly to ensure that every detail of our products is flawless, from the stitching to the finishing touches.
At Dominique Saint Paul, we believe that luxury should be a reflection of not just the materials used, but also the skill and dedication of the artisans who create them. That's why we take great pride in showcasing our artisans and their incredible craftsmanship on our website.
From our classic handbags to our bespoke leather shoes, each piece is made with the utmost care and precision. We invite you to explore our collection and discover the unparalleled quality and attention to detail that sets us apart.
At Dominique Saint Paul, our shoemaking heritage is steeped in the expertise of our first shoe maker, Mr. Ngoc. Trained in the art of shoemaking in Paris, he went on to serve as the personal shoemaker to the Royal Court of King Norodom Sihanouk in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Crafting shoes for the king required nothing but the highest standards, and it was during this time that Mr. Ngoc mastered the art of bespoke shoemaking at its finest. His legacy lives on through our commitment to excellence in every shoe we create.
Trained in France and working for one of the top luxury brands, our initial collection of accessories was developed over a 10 years period from our inception by Alex. Each item is crafted with extreme attention to detail and takes careful consideration of the customer's requirements, resulting in unparalleled quality.
Whether you are looking for timeless pieces such as handbags or shoes or something more exotic with crocodile and stingray skins, customised bespoke leather goods offer the perfect combination of quality tailoring and personalised details that are exclusive to each individual customer.
Our initial 10 years saw Mr.Luong painstakingly develop his art onto our leathers. Hand painting patina onto veg tan crust leather is a classic artisanal craft that produces beautiful results. It takes an experienced eye and skilled hand to create the patina, giving the piece a classic, personalized look. Patina on leather is not just decorative; it also serves to protect the leather from usage and give it a richer, fuller color over time.
Painting patina onto veg tan crust leather requires specialized clays and a careful approach to ensure even coverage while creating depth of color. The result is an eye-catching masterpiece that will last for years to come. Whether it's for a pair of shoes, a bag or any other item made of leather, patinating veg tan crust always produces stunning results.
Mr.Phat has been with us from day 1 and is our head pattern cutter and head of production. A true artisan and beautiful human, committed to his art. Strict standards are applied to sourcing the finest leathers and exotic skins, ensuring that these materials are not only of superior quality but also ethically sourced from the regions they are native to.
It takes decades of work and training to be able to execute the highest standard of luxury leather product and requires an attention to detail that sits at a very high standard.
